A Telecom operator is building a technical support team in Plovdiv that will perform after sale services of Microsoft cloud solutions to small and medium size companies.

Your role:

As a Junior Microsoft Cloud Engineer you will support migration and rollout projects for Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues and build your expertise in cloud management, identity management, and modern workplace solutions. You will be involved in operational tasks and projects to further develop your technical knowledge and independence.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with migrations from on-premise servers to Microsoft Azure
• Support in configuring and rolling out Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Provide first- and second-line support for Microsoft cloud solutions
• Assist with user management and identity management
• Create documentation and follow up on changes
• Learn to work with PowerShell and automation tools
• Actively participate in projects under guidance

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, and Active Directory
• 2 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft environments
• Strong interest in cloud technologies and a willingness to learn
• Very good command of English language
