Electronic Components Assembler

For our client, an international company manufacturing electronic devices, we are seeking an experienced assembler. The company offers a full range of services — from PCB design and manufacturing, through assembly, testing, and final integration, to the delivery of finished products. Work is carried out using high-precision technologies in compliance with international quality certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of technical documentation related to electronic components, modules, and finished products;

  • Assembly and manual soldering of electronic components, modules, and devices;

  • Entry of work results into an ERP system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent manual soldering skills for electronic components on printed circuit boards using both Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) and Through-Hole Technology (THT), including:

    • Soldering of SMD components and passive chip components (0603, 0805, 1206);

    • Soldering of DIP components and IC packages such as SO8, SO14, etc.;

    • Soldering of LGA, SOP, QFN, QFP packages, as well as diodes, transistors, and transformers;

    • Soldering of fine-pitch leaded components and fine-pitch SMD connectors;

    • Soldering with PCB preheating and hot-air rework;

    • PCB repair and rework;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing;

  • Ability to read and understand technical and process documentation;

  • Knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard;

  • IPC-A-610 training and certification (preferred and considered an advantage);

  • Good eyesight.
