A Telecom operator is building a technical support team in Plovdiv. It will perform after sale services of Microsoft cloud solutions to small and medium size companies.

Your role:

As a Microsoft Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for the migration, rollout, and management of Microsoft-based IT environments. You will play a key role in transitioning from on-premise servers to Microsoft Azure and support customers in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work independently within projects and act as a technical point of contact for colleagues and clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Execute migration projects from on-premise servers to Microsoft Azure
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.)
• Support hybrid Active Directory environments and identity management
• Provide technical guidance on tenant configuration, licensing, compliance & governance
• Troubleshoot and support 2nd line incidents in cloud environments
• Assist with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam for M365)
• Support audits and security reviews for Microsoft environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft infrastructures and cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Familiar with PowerShell scripting and deployment automation
• Experience with hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid)
• Very good command of English (B level at least)
