Production Quality Inspector
For our client, a manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality springs, wire forms, and copper coils, we are seeking a motivated professional to join and expand the team. The organization operates a modern production facility and works on both custom-made and serial projects for various industries. The Quality Inspector is responsible for controlling the quality of the products manufactured by the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Organizes and participates in the implementation of product quality control;

In the event of non-conformity in the manufactured products, halts individual operations and related work until the causes are identified and resolved;

Immediately informs the Production Manager when product non-conformity with technical documentation is identified;

Does not approve products that lack the required accompanying documentation;

Participates in the review of customer complaints and in the analysis of the causes of defects;

Organizes and participates in quality improvement meetings and prepares related reports and records;

Ensures the maintenance of statistical records related to quality, defect causes, and customer complaints;

Monitors the condition and calibration status of inspection and measuring equipment within the company;

Participates in the management and development of the Quality Management System (QMS);

Performs incoming inspection of purchased materials and maintains the relevant documentation.
Responsibilities:

Ensures that production of products that do not comply with technical documentation is not permitted;
-
Ensures that non-compliant products do not leave the company.
Job Requirements:

Education: Higher or secondary technical education;
-
Work experience: More than 3 years.
Qualifications:
-
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings;
-
Ability to work with measuring equipment and instruments, including calipers, micrometers, spring force testers, hardness testers, profile projectors, and gauges.
Working schedule: Two-shift system (Monday to Friday), no night shifts.
